Close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Building is 100m away from the provincial road. 8 rooms available. All rooms are good for two person. Each room has its own toilet and bath. Silog breakfast will be available in the morning. Units are located at the 3rd floor. Good way to have your legs and thighs exercised. :) 1st and 2nd floors are commercial areas so there’s a bit of things going on during the day. These does not affect much the 3rd floor though.

This is a 3-storey residential building. The 1st floor is parking space and an office. The 2nd floor is the owner’s house. The Penthouse is on the 3rd floor. It has 3 bedrooms with individual air conditioners and 3 full bathrooms with water heaters. The living, dining and kitchen are one big room. It has also a huge veranda with a nice view of the ricefields. It is suitable for a big group of up to 12 people. However, it can also be booked per bedroom if only 2-4 guests with different rate.
