Welcome to my pet-friendly place in Goulburn! Situated a short 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk from the vibrant town centre, the accomodation is ideally located and easily accessible. A clean simple set up is provided to accommodate up to four guests. The main bedroom has a queen bed with freshly washed sheets, a cosy lounge room with a TV and DVD player, a clean spacious kitchen with basic breakfast offerings, and a neat clean bathroom. There is a small enclosed yard that is ideal for pets.

Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.
