Kitchen is stocked with dishes, pans, utensils, barbecue,etc for cooking if so desired. WE have AC!!!! If you are looking for some peace and relaxation you have found the right place. Close enough to everything to enjoy everything Santa Ynez valley has to offer, but far enough way to unwind and reenergize the soul.

Our cottage is perfect for a wine country get away! Situated in the heart of Ballard, this central location is just minutes from Los Olivos, Solvang and Santa Ynez and surrounded by tons of wineries and delicious restaurants. The cottage is very comfortable and cute. We have AC and heat to fit every season. The queen size bed is very comfortable as well. There’s a great courtyard with string lights and a fire pit to enjoy. Please let us know the duration you would like to stay.
