Home Awaits! Duplex in safe Memphis suburb

Our cozy duplex includes a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom and is attached to our house. (See picture of house in our listing.) Sleeps 2 adults, and up to 2 small children. There is no access from the main house to the duplex and vice versa. It’s completely private with no shared spaces and a separate entrance. We don’t accept guests from Memphis and don’t feel our property is right for romantic getaways considering we live next door and have kids and dogs.
