The house is ideally situated close to the A1 and not far from Newark Hospital. It offers great access to the A1 North and South and the A46 to Lincoln & Newark Showground. Two big supermarkets are only a 5 minute drive away and the Tesco mini store is a 10 minute walk. Only a 25 minute drive to Grantham centre and 30 minutes to Lincoln centre this is a great location if you are working in the area or planning a weekend away.

Get comfortable and enjoy plenty of extra room at this spacious place. With one bedroom available in a shared house with the owner and at weekends one other renter. A 10 minute walk away from shops, and a 10 minute taxi ride to Newark train station. Quiet location with a large garden and decked area outside for relaxing. Perfect for someone looking for a place to stay whilst around Newark/Lincoln/Grantham/ Nottingham. I have a miniature sausage dog puppy as well who stays downstairs at night.
