A 10-minute stroll along the Burke Gilman Trail takes you to Gas Works Park where you can enjoy full views of the city skyline. And just outside your door you have access to Lake Union for kayaking, paddle boarding, and more! *Please be aware that King County is requiring proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 tests for entry to many outdoor and indoor events and establishments. Nestled on the north shore of Lake Union, in Wallingford, you’ll find the atelier within easy walking distance of Fremont—a lively neighborhood, bustling with noteworthy restaurants and nightlife. Inspired by Anne of Green Gables and beautifully remodeled by Beach & Blvd, this 1915 lakehouse will bring a wonderful sense of serenity to your next escape. This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Hand made treasure with 3 decks/balconies or take a stroll to Picnic Point Park for Ocean access. We get a lot of trains! Regularly through day, 2-4 at night.
