The Deck can be rented as either a one or two bedroom option depending on your needs with the standard rate being for one bedroom, or two guests.
Immaculately presented interiors showcasing stylish furnishings throughout, The Deck features a king size bed in the main room with a queen sized bed in the second room, with both enjoying cooling ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes to combat any storage issues. Additional spaces include a welcoming lounge room with flat screen TV and DVD player, a dining area that seats up to four people, a well-equipped kitchen, a glossy bathroom, and private laundry. Outdoors provides a comfortable outdoor setting and BBQ facilities where guest can showcase the cooking skills! Crisp linen and fluffy towels are also supplied.
Built by Eco housing with a 10-star energy rating, The Deck has 100mm foam installation throughout the walls, floor, and roof keeping it beautifully cool in summer and cosy in the winter months. Cooling coastal breezes are captured due to its cleverly designed position on top of the hill, so year-round comfort is obtained without the need for air-conditioning.
