Welcome to the Lofts at one | four | seven. we are excited to host you in our beautifully curated suite. The loft is located downtown Ingersoll, on the second floor of our commercial property. At street level, we own a home goods shoppe + we reside on the top floor. In 2016 + 2017, we renovated every inch of the upper floor, now our primary residence, + in 2020+ 2021, we are pleased to say we have completed renovations on the second floor to include a photography studio + this studio suite.

Walking distance to Tim Horton's, RBC bank, variety stores, pizza pick up, town swimming pool, cannabis store and liquor & beer . Only 20 minutes London or Woodstock . It's important to note that our quaint unit does have a saniflo toilet and pumping system(ie. maceration system) which means there is noise associated with flushing and drainage. The entrance to the basement is from the inside of the house. Grocery stores & restaurants/fast food places within 5 mins drive!
