This home is not fancy, but very cozy and very lived-in and loved. On the edge of town, you get amazing sunset views, but are also minutes away from our small down town. This one-stop-sign town is small, but very friendly, and you are just blocks away from an amazing restaurant (Rolling Hills) and bar (Harry and Lloyds) - both the best in Lyon County. There is a gas station, bank, and liquor store very close, as well. You are also less than 10 minutes from a Wal-Mart and fast food in Emporia.
