Sunrise Yoga at Makai

A unique outdoor yoga experience on the beautiful Princeville Makai Golf course that begins with a short walk to our practice space boasting some of the most exquisite views on the North Shore of Kauai. On a bluff nestled above Queen's bath overlooking Hideaway's beach, with the majestic ridges of the Hanalei & Haena mountains revealing their details in the shifting morning light, we practice a mellow yoga flow catered specifically to the group. Morning birds and ocean waves are the soundtrack to our practice supporting a calm state of mind and a deeper sense of presence. Clouds shape shift against bright blue sky, rainbows materialize, whales breach, albatross’ nest and hatch and fledge, the breeze cools us while the sun vitalizes, and occasionally a light Hawaiian rain offers a refreshing blessing. (It truly is as magical as it sounds!) Class concludes with an invitation to have (yoga) photos taken to playfully capture the beauty of the moment, within you and around you. The experience wraps with a return to where we started, more centered and awake than when we began! Please note- * Class is designed to be accessible to all body types and levels of experience. Meditation & Sound Journey in JTVortex

Joshua tree is a powerful vortex of energy, that cannot be fully experienced unless you tap in to your power of meditation. I am offering an hour of meditation, breath work, sound healing and other relaxing techniques in the desert. As humans we are a microcosm of the macrocosm. Tools to bring yourself into a state of peace can be taken with you wherever you go. The experience will be simple and gentle. All levels are welcome. We will open the class by a couple sounds of AUM to create some vibrational bounds with each other. A guided meditation will follow as well as different breathing techniques. And we will end the class on a sound healing journey. The goal of this experience is to create a safe space to step into your real self. No pets allowed. Mindful yoga and hike to private beach

Hiking & yoga! What better way to experience the gorgeous landscapes that Sayulita has to offer. We will hike through the lush jungle taking in the sights. The hike is three miles(5k) round trip. We will pass views that are completely breathtaking. Along the way we will see a large variety of tropical exotic plants, birds, butterflies, and more palm trees than you can imagine. Once we arrive to a private secluded beach we will begin our yoga practice under the trees in the shade. There is nothing like hearing the serene sounds of the waves crashing and birds chirping as you mediate and practice yoga. The yoga class is all levels whether you are a beginner or experienced practitioner this is for you. By connecting mindful movements and the breath we give ourselves the opportunity to disconnect and quiet the mind, taking in all of the elements of nature. You do not need any experience in yoga or hiking to participate in this experience.
