View of the hills can be seen from the bedroom window, house is adequately heated for winter and cool in summer. Plenty of living area, porch for summer, modern kitchen, plenty of hot water as we have a wet back system. Plenty of area for parking and a back lawn and flower gardens make the home attractive. A five to ten minute walk to Clyde’s amenities, movie theatre, restaurants, bowling green, tennis courts, golf course. A nice walk down to the Clutha river. Museum & hydro dam, interesting.

Elevated above the Manuherikia river our spacious, warm and stylish ground floor apartment is nestled next to the Central Otago Rail Trail, Matangi Station Mountain Bike Park, walking tracks and fishing. With dramatic schist rock faces and river views. Cafes and restaurants are a few minutes walk along the scenic river track passing the historic shaky bridge. The river track is accessed from our property. It is a 30min drive to Highlands Motor Park and one hour to both Queenstown and Wanaka.

Fully self contained two bedroom downstairs unit (upstairs unit is permanently occupied by us). Great quiet location only 1 minute walk to Rail Trail, 10 minutes walk to supermarket centre of town. Off street parking for one car. Wifi, TV, washing machine.If you need high class furniture and matching bed linen this is not going to be the place for you, but if you want somewhere clean, comfortable and handy then welcome! We may be able to help with transfers for Dunstan trail - please ask.
