Tropical pool villa in central St Pete built in 2022, only 1 mile from Pinellas Trail, 2 miles from downtown restaurants and 5 miles from Treasure Island Beach. One room efficiency includes a comfortable queen size murphy bed, full bathroom (w/shower-no tub), large flat screen tv, with wet bar, microwave & coffee maker. Guests will have private access to pool. Smoking is NOT permitted on property and will be reported.

Walk to Downtown St Pete and Bay

Efficiency offers one queen bed. Kitchenette area with fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven. Easy walk to bay and beautiful downtown St Pete. Guests may enjoy our pool however it is not heated so it will be cold during the winter/early spring. We will be happy to provide pool/beach towels if needed. If we're home and available, we are happy to shuttle you on our golf cart. Hope to see you soon!

Guests are also welcome to the lap pool, the grill, patio furniture. Must be okay with dogs.
