Situated on the outskirts of a Tyrolian mountain village this place offers you a wonderful-broad view. The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

Sie verfügt über hellen Wohn-Essbereich mit moderner komplett ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Doppelschlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer, Bodenheizung, gratis Wi-Fi und eine sehr große private Terrasse. Von dort aus können Sie die atemberaubende Aussicht auf die Berge und das Inntal, sowohl im Sommer als auch im Winter genießen.

Die modern eingerichtete Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres kleinen Einfamilienhauses und strahlt Tiroler Gemütlichkeit aus. Der wunderschöne Blick von Wohnbereich und Terrasse aus über die Felder Achenkirchs, direkt auf das Rofangebirge und die Seekarspitze, erleichtert das Fallenlassen vom Alltagsstress und lädt zum Genießen und Entspannen ein. Der Achensee, als größter See Tirols, ist 2 km entfernt, das Skigebiet ist fußläufig erreichbar, der Golfplatz liegt in 1 km Entfernung.

Die Wohnung ist neu ausgestattet und urige Elemente wie der Holzofen von Uroma oder die Tiroler Stube sorgen für Gemütlichkeit und besondere Urlaubsstunden. Der Blick auf die Berge und frische Bergluft sorgen für sofortige Entspannung. Die Umgebung bietet sowohl Sommer wie Winter schöne Momente und allerlei Möglichkeiten. The Residence Adlerhorst is the ideal starting point for numerous hikes in the mountain world, or bicycle tours in the valley or uphill. For Lazy Days our large garden with the possibility to chill, play table tennis or simply enjoy the sun is the place to be!

Es ist ein größeres helles Zimmer mit sehr gut und neuwertig eingerichteterKüchenzeile, Dusche WC und großem Balkon wo Du am Nachmittag die Sonne und den Blick auf die Berge genießen kannst. Am Morgen stelle ich Dir auf Wunsch frische Brötchen vor die Tür. Mit der Natur im Herzen freuen wir uns auf Dich!

Die Unterkunft Haus Staud begrüßt Sie in Schmirn und bietet Ihnen Unterkünfte mit einem Sitzbereich und einer Küche. WLAN in allen Bereichen sowie die Privatparkplätze an der Unterkunft nutzen Sie kostenfrei. You can easy reach within 2 walking minutes the cable car Rastkogelbahn - which is the entry to the Ski- and Glacierworld Zillertal 3000. In summer you start many hiking tours! Glacier is 8 km form our house away! The capital city Innsbruck is 75 km away.

Our apartment "Martin" for 3 persons is located on the ground floor. The apartment has a bedroom with double bed, a kitchen-living room with corner bench and fully equipped kitchen and a living room with corner bench and couch (3rd bed). The apartment has a separate entrance. The tourist tax is € 1.80 per person per night over 15 years - will be charged separately.
