There is a shallow river running at the back of the property as well as two toilets and one outdoor shower. If you want to experience the Habio Waterfall (Rincon Waterfall), we can arrange a local tour guide to escort you or you can do the 4k trek (one way) without a guide. You are able to park about three cars in the driveway, but also some additional parking is available on the outside.

The house can sleep 10 comfortably with one room downstairs and a dormitory setting upstairs underneath the Cocoa Sun Drying roof, (still on it’s original tracks) with various bunk and beds. Opening out onto a deck facing the Ocean and a Patio spanning out onto a well kept garden.
