A couples’ retreat, the Canyon Wren Cottage is sculpted into bedrock amongst pinion pines and old growth mountain mahogany brush. A picturesque erosion sculpted sandstone monolith rises four stories at the edge of the yard, just beyond the cottage. The approach to the cottage from Teasdale Road, is down a short lane crossing through woodland fringed meadow with a wetland on one side and alfalfa cultivation on the other. The backdrop is beautiful rock form, including a large balanced rock.

This property backs up to Public land and has amazing views in every direction. Quiet & peaceful location sits on 20+acres with close hiking trails on public land adjacent to property and spectacular sights. Wildlife roam the property frequently. Stunning sunsets and cozy home. We are located on a dirt road.

Loa's Farm Get Away close to Capitol Reef

We hope you enjoy our space. We provide you with oatmeal and farm fresh eggs as the greens allow. There is private entrance to a kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bathroom all private. We have area that if you need to park a truck and trailer for enjoying our mountains. We own a kennel on the property. This is a great place to stay and have your pet close for a minimal fee to go for a walk with you. We request that your pets stay in the kennel area to help keep cleaning costs down.

1600 SF Quiet cabin on 10 acre lot located at the base of Boulder Mountain with fantastic views of red rock cliffs across the valley to the north, the cockscomb to the east and the upper reaches of Capitol Reef National Park to the northeast. Enjoy the solitude of this amazing area with endless hiking on Boulder Mountain and Capitol Reef National Park. Also experience mountain biking and fishing outside the park in the Torrey area, Boulder Mountain and Fishlake National Forest.

Economy "Tuff Shed" Cabin

We lovingly refer to our Economy cabins as "Tuff Shed" cabins. They are very basic with one Queen bed, a small TV, a desk, and a chair. The cabins have both heat and A/C. These are camp cabins, so there is no restroom or kitchen within the cabin. The restrooms, hot showers, drinking water, and a dishwashing sink is close by. Please note - We do not provide cooking facilities with this rental. No Pets Allowed. Checkout is 10:00 AM local time. No check-ins before 3 PM.
