Boat and 2 person kayak. 2 Small fridges, charcoal grill, fire pit, electric skillet, griddle & seasonings. No plumbing. Rain water tank & outhouse only. BYO drinking water. Outhouse is pumped once a month & surfaces are cleaned between each guest. There is at least 72 hours between guests, ensuring no alive viruses on hard to clean surfaces.
