The Tweed Regional Gallery is well worth a visit. It is a large art gallery and mounts great exhibitions. In addition, it celebrates Margaret Olley with a large collection of her works and a recreation of her house in Paddington, Sydney.

If you're an art buff, don't miss a visit to the Tweed Regional Gallery. The Margaret Olley Art Centre is fascinating and once you've had a look at the collections, enjoy the stunning view with a coffee and meal at the gallery cafe.

If art is your scene, then the Tweed Regional Gallery and Art Centre is a well recognized local favorite place to visit. Check out the exhibitions and historical displays or head there if you enjoy a country drive, and then enjoy the views and lunch at the cafe. While you're there head over to Murwillumbah town which has become an eclectic, funky and artsy with great restaurants, shops, a cinema and plenty of op shops for those who love a good bargain. The Tweed Regional Gallery & Margaret Olley Art Centre is housed in a large, modern, architecturally award-winning building with views to Wollumbin/Mount Warning. The Gallery was relocated to this site in 2004 and extended in 2006. The Margaret Olley Art Centre opened as a purpose-built extension in 2014.
