This is the old ruined castle on the other side of the Loch. It belonged to the Macdonald clan who were Lords of all the Isles

Surprisingly worthwhile to visit these ruins as it is in a beautiful setting and has an interesting history.

This is a ruined Castle run by National Trust for Scotland in a stunning settling over looking Plockton with the Skye Cuillin in the background.
