If you’re looking for plantations, St. Francisville is where you want to go. Be sure to check out Rosedown and The Myrtles plantations. They each offer tours at very reasonable prices, and their gardens are gorgeous. These are only a couple of the plantations St. Francisville has to offer.

One of the largest intact antebellum properties remaining in the US, Rosedown has been exquisitely restored and its gardens are still populated by many of the owners' original plantings.
