Sissinghurst is a small village that hosts the famous Sissinghurst Castle Gardens and a charming pub called The Milk House. Both are essential visiting!

There are many stunning castles, country homes and gardens nearby including Sissinghurst, Batemans, Scotney Castle, Pashley Manor, Bodiam Castle, Great Dixter, and Merriments. It's also worth checking the National Gardens Scheme website to find private gardens that open at certain times in the summer months - Sprivers and Ladham for example.
