Worth the drive. If you are on your way back from the beach, stop here for lunch or dinner. Hands down the best Indian food in the city. They close between lunch and dinner so make sure you check their hours before heading their way. They offer a weekend buffet (I cannot think of any other restaurant I would recommend for this) and it is absolutely amazing! Recommendation: Any of their "Dosa" plates with a mango lassi to wash it down.

If you are willing to drive to the suburbs, or you are heading home from the beach, and you love authentic southern Indian cuisine, stop here. Everything on this menu is amazing, but most definitely get one of their massive Dosas (not available at all Indian Restaurants). Some of our favorites - the vegetable, chicken tikka masala, and lamb dosas are incredible. Appetizer: Sambar Vada, Rasam Vada, Vegetable Samosa's. Drinks: House made chai, mango lassi (delicious yogurt smoothie) for cooling off the palate. Be aware that they close between lunch and dinner hours (from 2:00-5:30 p.m.) and they are closed on Mondays.
