The Lynchburg Museum is conveniently located above downtown Lynchburg on Court Street at the top of Lynchburg's famous stairwell - Monument Terrace (a tourist destination in and of itself). The Museum chronicles Lynchburg's rise to America's highest per capita income at Big Tobacco's pinnacle. Worth a visit; an hour's enough.
