One of my favorite restaurants in Seattle. There is no set menu, the chef comes out and greets you then selects dishes for you. It's a lot of fun!

This is Kartik's favorite restaurant in the world. Italian home-style. Just tell the waiter/owner what you DON'T like and he'll start serving you a surprising and delicious dinner. Unique for sure.

Often there isn't a menu - you tell the chef what you don't eat and what you love and he cooks up a fantastic multi course, authentic, Italian meal.
