The combinations are endless and everyone one of them is worth trying. My personal favorite - The Downtown (brie & chevre, fig spread, apples and fried onions on sourdough).

Great place for breakfast or lunch. It is in the same shopping center as Harris Teeter grocery store and Muddy Water's Coffee Bar
