This is our favorite place to enjoy a good glass of wine next to vineyards and great Austrian food. It is the place where Viennese like to hang out - whereas Grinzing is more for tourists. You can spend a whole day in this area. Take the bus to Cobenzl, hike towards Häusl am Stoa (great drinks and view including playground!) and then walk down to Fuhrgassl Huber. There is a bus stop right in front of the restaurant leading back to the inner city and underground.

Another popular "Heurigen" in Neustift with a beautiful garden. Like with most of the other "Heurigens" you may not only enjoy the wine there but buy bottled wines and enjoy it at home. You can reach this "Heurigen" by foot in about 4 minutes.
