Small museum off the beaten path. Lots of beautiful cartoon art. Easy access from SF MOMA and the Jewish Museum.
If you're a comics/comix nerd as I am, recommended - though it is a small collection.
It is the only museum in the Western United States dedicated to the preservation and exhibition of all forms of cartoon art.
