Dated from year 570 BC, this roman therms are a memory for greeks, elins, romans and many other ethnicities and the old Odessos.
Third biggest Roman ruins in Europe and, off course the biggest in Bulgaria. The therms were built in 2nd century AD and Romans enjoyed there by bathing in freezing cold water, tepid water or hot water.
This is a quite central and easy to get to bath complex that once belonged to the Roman city of Odessus. These baths date back to the year 100: They’re among the largest Roman Thermae to survive in Europe, and only second of all those outside Rome.
The Roman Thermae are situated in the southeastern part of the modern city, which under the Roman Empire was known as Odessus. The baths were constructed in the late 2nd century AD and rank as the fourth-largest preserved Roman thermae in Europe and the largest in the Balkans.
