A cozy cafe in a cozy shopping street, the Utrechtsestraat. In the cafe they have the typical Dutch 'carpets' on the table -:) You can drink jenever, but also a regular beer. Small, cozy and very local.

“Go to the Waldorf Astoria hotel for a tea or coffee. This hotel, which is a series of 6 classical canalhouses all next to each other, only opened its doors in 2014 and has a beautiful boutique interior. A person I know who works at the hotel told me that they are actually a little disappointed in the amount of people coming in for a drink. Most people simply don’t associate the hotel with a place for a drink. Basically, you are more than welcome there! ”
