This is about 30 minutes drive from the guest house in the direction of Stuttgart. It is right off the Autobahn and is a very nice spa/Therme that is inexpensive. All the pools here are salt water and this is nice for adults and children... families welcome! They have saunas and indoor and outdoor pools. The Uberlingen Bodensee Therme is much closer but this is a different option if you went there already. When you leave the Bad Duerrheim Solemar Therme, your skin feels sooooo good from the salt water! Check their website for opening times. It is mostly indoors so you can go on a rainy or cold day.
