Hands down the best coffee shop in town, for singles or families. Business is built on strong values and ethics that guide how it grows, sources and produces food and clothing - and even commit to giving 70% of their profits back to the local community. A great space with play area for families with little ones too.

Unique old building (survived our earthquakes).Very friendly atmosphere with old tables, chairs and everything else old including the teaspoons! It's very popular for its great coffee and food and also has a small Trade-Aid shop on the premises. you can also buy fresh coffee beans and ground coffee to take home. Parking is at the back of the building but I personally would like to see more parking available. It's not always easy to get a park because it's so popular.
