Beautiful historical place, with ruins and a very nice view of the Rhine. The entrance is free and you can also take your time for a picnic.

Historical district in the north of Düsseldorf; quite close to the trade fair. History reaches back to 7th century. Located at the River; nice restaurants with national cuisine around! Must see!

In Spring or Sommer, you can rent a bycicly and cycle from the Rhein river in the Altstadt towards North to Keiserswerth. It is a nice ride and you will discover a nice part of the river with nice cafes and bars
