Freddie's is mostly outdoors and very kid friendly. I think there's even a playground.

“It is a nice, small, not crowded place to eat on Congress. They have vermicelli, pizza, hamburger, and salad. My favorite is their Quino salad and vermicelli. It is a great spot to go with your friends when you don't want a big meal or spend too much money on S Congress Ave. Thier prices are reasonable. ”
