Great cozy little coffee shop that serves Coava coffee out of Portland.

Palate is a must stop for coffee drinkers. Located in between The Old Mill, Downtown and the Deschutes River, this is a great place to grab a hot drink before going for a nice morning walk. Try any of their pastries but make sure you show up before 10am as they sell out quickly.

Coolest coffee house in town if you like quaint and cozy. The owner did all the carpentry work himself. Coffee and a pastry is a meal by itself but you need to drink it there. Preparing the coffee an art form here. Many non-dairy milk alternatives. Plus a vegan food truck out back. Indoor and outdoor dining. Sit inside by the fire, outside on the front patio or out back in the enclosed food court. Occasional live music.
