but more like convenience full scale mini grocery store with all the pragmatic and artisanal/niche stuff including a nice assortment of gluten free and vegan. I can see it out my front window and 24-hr.

Around 8 on the weekend the vibe does a 180 and Speckled turns into a pretty high energy dance floor (on the 2nd floor, you can still hang on the 1st, albeit at a slightly higher volume).”
