The Crown is a Robinson's pub. The bar is large but there is also a dining room and a large seating area outside. Good menu using fresh local produce. Pies particularly good. Limited vegetarian and vegan options.

Another pub in Coniston, right at the end of Ruskin Avenue! Traditional English pub with good menu (love the steak and ale pie!) and TV screens with football etc.. on - though not too intrusive as there are quiet areas in the pub also.
