Fantastic food and wonderful ambiance. They have a second location in Burlington next to Hotel Vermont which is just as delicious, but of you're looking for the original, male your way to Waterbury. Call for reservations.

This place is a special dining experience. It’s in an amazing space (the basement of an old grist mill located along Thatcher Brook with a waterfall in the back.) Its a unique space with amazing, amazing food! If you can get reservations you should check it out for a high end, memorable meal!
