At the Wentworth by the Sea Hotel in Newcastle, NH, this is a more formal though still relaxed dining experience. Recently renovated and with excellent dishes.

Great restaurant for any meal! They have a delicious Sunday brunch with a bloody mary and mimosa bar...YUM :)

You may have heard about the historic Wentworth By the Sea Hotel, which in 1905 housed the Russian and Japanese delegations who concluded the Treaty of Portsmouth to end the Russo-Japanese War. After falling into disrepair this beautiful hotel is back in action. The service at Salt can be spotty but it does serve a spectacular breakfast. It serves other meals but I'm highlighting it for its breakfast. Nothing else like it really.
