Lenin Park Lenin Park is public park with large area. Lot of tree is surrouded. Traveller also can visit Vietnam History Army Museum just oppiste.

This park is a hub for locals who hang out in the late afternoon hours to meander, skate, exercise, play badminton, play with their kids, play on their phones. It's the best spot I can think of for (local) people watching.

Firstly, it must be said that it is good to see statues to Lenin in place. Not because I have Communist sympathies, but because he was part of world history. His place in the Communist system of which Vietnam is closely allied with is poignant. Locals gather here in the morning to perform Tai Chi and other forms of exercise. I saw a local lady training her dog to lifts it paws in succession as though dancing. Interestingly the dog had a very nice coat, but more spectacularly was the red nail varnish it had on its toes - I could not believe my eyes - see photos. I found it a refreshing place to stop. A colleague and I got up early one morning to go for a stroll and I'm glad that we did.
