The White Pine trail runs from Northern MI through Rockford and into Grand Rapids. It is perfect paved trail for running, walking or bike riding. Through Rockford it follows the Roque River. The nature is beautiful. I have seen many rabbits, deer and other wild life.

Great staging place to access the White Pine Trail system of bicycle, hiking, jogging trails.
