The Spanish City has the amazing Trenchers fish restaurant and the popular 1910 fine dinning restaurant located in the champagne bar upstairs. You can get a good deal but you do need to book in advance. However, you can enjoy the views in the champagne bar without booking (they do sell other beverages). Valerie's Tearooms is on the ground floor if you prefer a a snack.

Newly refurbished dome has some places to eat and have coffee inside which are worth checking out.

The Spanish City in Whitley Bay has a lot to offer for a day our, lots of restaurants, lovely wine bar and beach front cafes, amusements and skate park!
