“Clink Street is a street in Bankside, London, UK, between Southwark Cathedral and the Globe Theatre. Narrow, dark and cobbled, it is best known as the historic location of the notorious Clink Prison, giving rise to the slang phrase 'in the clink', meaning 'in prison'. The prison was burned down in riots during 1780, and a small museum and tourist attraction now occupies part of the site.”

“One of London’s most beautiful parks. Visit the Observatory, rose garden, deer park and in the summer there’s a boating lake. The park is 10-15 minutes walk. A great day out would be walking to the park, visiting the sites above and then directly through to Greenwich village and the Cutty Sark. There are great some restaurants and pubs in Greenwich! Happy to provide recommendations! ”
