Ideally located on “the hill” in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood just a short walk to downtown Great Barrington’s amazing cafes, restaurants, ice cream, and Lake Mansfield’s beach and loop trail. The perfect hillside haven for those looking to be in the center of it all. This private, modern, and clean space is completely new as of mid-2021 and has a well-appointed kitchen, outdoor patio with a firepit, fast internet, covered parking, radiant heat floors, and an air conditioning unit.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance in a beautiful early American eyebrow colonial. The mid-century farmhouse style is highlighted by a darling kitchenette. And don't forget the bathroom hot steam shower! Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Welcome and enjoy our renovated Guesthouse at Lee, MA, staying on main street (15 minutes from Great Barrington and 20 minutes from Pittsfield). It is also 3 mins to Outlet and 19 mins to the closest Ski area.The master bedroom has a queen size soft mattress, and the second bedroom has a queen bed also. The kitchen has a brand new refrigerator, a gas range, and units for cooking. You will enjoy the comfortable stay! Owners live upstairs and be friendly to all visits.
