Come and enjoy our cozy waterfront 4 season cabin. It has all the amenities needed for a relaxing getaway. Full size kitchen (stocked with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, coffee maker & kettle) & bathroom (shower only). 32 inch TV with a Firestick, there is no cable. There is WIFI. Sleeps 4. 1 queen bed on the main level & 2 single beds in the loft (ladder access only) Screened in porch with BBQ ( new in 2024) And a deck in front of the porch with more seating. Heated in the winter with propane.

Ideal for people wanting to boat, fish, snowmobile or visit the sights in Sudbury & spend the evenings relaxing by the lake. Nepewassi Lake is 16 miles long with good fishing. One of the best rock climbing places in Ontario for the adventurous and captivating sights for the photographers. Lots of wildlife to see. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located cabin on Manitoulin Island. This is a guest house located on our property where we live but the guest house location provides privacy for our guests. The highlight of this beautiful cabin is that one can experience both magnificent sunrises and sunsets, while over looking the vast amount of the endless fresh water of Ice Lake on your own private dock. We do live in a separate residence on the property.
