You will share the living room, the bathroom and the garden with me, my family and or my friends. There is no TV. Internet is as quick as possible in that area. (I am working remotely). Your breakfast will be very simple as there are not far away nice lounges, bars, restaurants providing full breakfast or brunch. Welcome!
