This enchanting 1960's beach house is the perfect retreat for a lazy coastal getaway. It has 2 bedrooms (queen beds), a TV room,a sun room, a large bathroom and an external laundry (with washer, dryer and toilet). There is an open fire, deep bath and brand new air conditioning. A few minutes' level walk to the beautiful Shoalhaven River and a few more minutes' to the surf beach. Our small township is surrounded by river, ocean and national parks, with an abundance of trees and bird life.
