Nice space and great coffee. Trung Nguyen Cafe is located in the garden of National library. Opposite my apartment and you can see it through the window. Down the Street and go through, enjoy 1 Cup capuchino is a good choice.

The Bank Hanoi is currently the biggest nightclub in Hanoi, boasting three venues that play different upbeat tunes until late. Attracting a well-dressed crowd of locals, expats and tourists, its music policy comprises hip-hop, top 40 hits, lounge, deep house, and house tunes while drinks here are relatively inexpensive compared to most nightclubs in Hanoi.
Just a few steps, The nightclub is set on the sixth floor of the next building: Hanoi’s Capital Building, where you can enjoy a great view of Hoan Kiem Lake and downtown.

Hoan Kiem Lake is a great destination in Hanoi, there are so many good things to say about this place. I just want you to know that the place is "Kilometer Zero" of Vietnam. It only takes about 5 minutes to walk (450m), you are already there. Enjoy it any time of the day. In the weekend, Hoan Kiem Lake & its adjacent areas transform into pedestrian zones.
P/S: Run around the lake early in the morning if you like to practice and have running shoes.

The world-famous Thang Long Water Puppet Theatre in Hanoi has its roots in an art form that dates back to the 11th century. The tradition of water puppet theatre stems from a time when rice paddy fields were flooded and villagers would make entertainment by standing in the waist-deep water with the puppets performing over the water. Using large rods to support the puppets it appeared as if they were moving across the water with the puppeteers hidden behind a screen. Next to the Hoan Kiem Lake and you need a 10 minute walk from the apartment.
