This is the entrance to the gated waterfront park that you will have access to during your stay. It has a boat ramp, playground, basketball court, bbq pits, and restrooms. Also, when the lake water levels are low, a sandbar appears forming a perfect white-sand beach!

There is a nice walking trail that begins here. It's an easy 5-10 minute walk down to the water's edge where you can get right in and swim if you choose to do so. There are some picnic tables along the way and you can often spot deer grazing in the tall grass. I'd recommend wearing closed toe shoes for the walk.
