Klintegaarden is an iconic building in the heart of Aarhus. Build in 1937 in old functionalistic style. This is where you will live! The place is iconic for its concrete construction made on sight. You can easily see the layering of the architecture.
It is one of the first and few remaining collective building blocks in Denmark. Back in the days families would live in the tall apartment blocks and then gather in the house in the middle which worked as a common place for dinner and social gatherings. in the Atrium there is two great oaks and two fountains giving the atrium a mesmerizing atmosphere, paradisical enclave isolated from the crowd and noice from the city.

It has been in Aarhus since 1895. And they still use an american cash register from the 19th century.
Quiet pricy but the quality is top shelf. The staff is more than happy to help you purchase the best fit and style for you.
