This is a new cultural/nightlife venue in the neighbourhood. It has concerts, a good restaurant and a garden on the former train tracks which is great on sunny days. They also offer workshops and other activities for adults and kids during the day.

We are at a walking distance from the famous flee market Les Puces de Saint Ouen, open on Saturdays and Sundays. There are many cool bars and restaurants in the area, making it quite a nice summer weekend activity.
