Not all-you-can-eat hot pot but it's not expensive. We ate all we could for the same price we would have spent at another AYCE hot pot joint ($50 for 2). They have a well stocked sauce bar and last time they had free macrons for dessert.

Really authentic Thai street food in Seattle. I think there's no place that comes close to Pop-Pop (except to actually go to Thailand). The sauces that comes with the braised pork taste exactly like something you could only find in Thailand. Prices are around $8-10. Almost always crowded.

They have uni and (real) crab dumplings. Don't get their strawberry milk drink, it's nothing special despite the hype. It's just milk with strawberry and syrup. Save yourself $5 and get MORE DUMPLINGS!

Cuban fare. The maduros are ridiculous - I'm salivating as I'm typing this. I highly, highly recommend the Trinidad Steak. It's grilled hanger steak and it's very hard to find hanger steak. It taste like meat in butter form :D :D :D. Everything else is yummy too but the hanger steak is just harder to find.

Raw, fresh, delicious Ethiopian meat. Not all Ethiopian restaurants serve raw meat but this place does and it is always fresh! Get the Gored Gored or Kitfo! Yum!

Korean BBQ Grill, NOT all-you-can-eat. They are a CHARCOAL BBQ joint. Very seldom anywhere in the US. The price is on the higher end but very worth it. Should be about $30/person. Meat quality is above average and ALL USDA approved.

Well regarded Chinese restaurant in Greenwood. Excellent Xiao Long Bao.
This place is almost always packed during lunch time. Entrees land usually around $10. Szechuan style hot pot with a menu you check off. Not everything is translated (yet) but that's part of the adventure :D

Indonesian food - go if you enjoy spicy food because there is a lot of spice! Great lunch menu. The beef rendang is to die-for. I'm not even joking, I wanted to cry when I finished the meal because I wanted more! MORE! Get the Es Teler (Indonesian dessert)! I had to ask them how they make it so I would know how to do it at home xD
